About
As a Resilient Leaders Consultant, C-me Activator, practising senior Physiotherapist and a former Army Officer with operational experience, I have a passion for developing resilience and leadership for all individuals irrelevant of sector or setting.

Why work with me?
Connect. Believe. Inspire.
I believe that everyone is a leader. Whether we lead ourselves, a business, a team, our friends or our families, we are all leaders.
You make your success, not by luck, but by improving yourselves and your situations to maximise your potential.

I believe that everyone has the ability to build their own resilience and leadership muscle, to grow stronger so that when uncertainty, crisis or chaos appears, you are able to manage those events and devise ways to cope.
Making the first step towards change is often the hardest thing to do as it can be uncomfortable when you challenge yourself.

You need someone who supports you and who:
knows how to listen and when to challenge,
provides practical strategies and tools,
uses appropriate diagnostic and psychometric frameworks, and
you can relate to.

As a former Army Officer, senior clinical healthcare professional, a leader, manager, military wife and mum, I have my own experiences that have enabled me to build my own resilience. Combine this with the Resilient Leaders Elements framework and I will Connect with you, Believe in you and Inspire you to develop both personally and professionally.
By providing you with the right tools and knowledge, I can help you unleash your potential and pave the way for you towards both personal and professional success. Grow your confidence so that you can Connect with yourself, Believe in yourself and Inspire yourself as you take on your journey to facilitate that next step.

Resilient Women Leaders
We believe all women can be resilient leaders when we are confident in who we are and what we do.
Powered by Resilient Leaders Elements we strive to empower women and help:
build awareness, confidence, and resilience
kick away imposter syndrome and self-doubt
have a voice and a language to describe yourself authentically as a leader
develop a leadership presence that is felt even when you are not in the room
develop a clarity of direction that enables you to lead yourself and others through uncertainty, change and even crisis
know your decisions are made at the right time with the right people in the right place
Be in Balance not Burnout
Those who have chosen to serve their community are often most likely to suffer from burnout as they tend to sacrifice themselves in the name of service.

As an accredited Resilient Leaders Elements consultant we use and refer to the Urgency Spectrum. Resilience is not a fixed attribute and we all experience moving along this spectrum as our resilience is tested or we come under pressure.
How do you ensure that when you do find yourself at the point of UNCERTAINITY, CRISIS or even CHAOS you are able to REBALANCE?
Take CONTROL?

After 15yrs in healthcare I am drawn to supporting anyone currently working in the healthcare sector. If you need support, a confidential listening ear or even some pointers to enable you to take control please get in touch.

Empowering future Military leaders
Early investment in resilient leadership development for JNCOs will empower future military leaders.

Resilient leaders are more effective under pressure, change attitudes to risk and create opportunities for growth. We provide Units with bespoke Resilient Leaders programmes enabling confidence, self awareness and curiosity of soldiers to motivate them and be confident in who they are and what they do.
Blue Light Coaching Network
We are a community of coaches from service backgrounds who want to support the service community to thrive.

People within the service industry give a lot to other people and often forget to look after themselves. This leads to high levels of stress and burnout and they may go for a long period of time feeling unfulfilled, under-valued and tired.
We believe that coaching can benefit the service population greatly and being ex-service people ourselves we can understand the environments they are working in. We want people to use coaching before they get to the point of exhaustion, burnout or apathy.

Resilient Leadership in Healthcare
My dissertation for my MSc in Leadership and Management, is examining resilient leadership development in clinical healthcare professionals.
