This week we learned of the death of HRH Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. Much has been written in the news and on social media about his life of service to the Queen and country. Whatever is written about him there is a common theme and that is his authenticity and loyalty. He has true Leadership Presence.
The Resilient Leaders Elements definition of Leadership Presence:
Being true to yourself, your values and ethical code, being in service to others and bringing a focus and bias for achievement to your organisation and others around you. He had this in abundance. RIP Sir.
